Method 2: To set the send or receive interval

  2. Next up, select the ‘Send/Receive Groups’ button.

  5. This will open the Send/Receive Groups dialog box.
  6. Now, you need to ensure that the ‘Schedule an Automatic Send/Receive Every X Minutes’ check box is selected and if it is not, then do select it.
  7. Using the Down arrow, you can set the desired number of minutes.
  8. You can also change settings for when Outlook is offline.
  9. Make the necessary and desired changes.
  10. In the end, click on the ‘Close’ button.
